How To Use
Made of 100% biodegradable ingredients, our Cramp Comfort patches are safe, natural and super easy to use. Three simple steps and you'll be pain-free for over 8 hours!
1. Open - Take the patch out of its packet.
2. Stick - Be it for stomach or back cramps, stick the patch on the affected area. Make sure to place it over your underwear or cloth. Do not stick it directly on your skin.
3. Relax - The patch will start heating up on its own and you can leave it on for up to 8 hours maximum.
After the patch cools down, simply cut one of its sides and empty the contents in wet waste and the outer cover in dry waste.
